Bug fixTag information is now correctly updated for remote pool versions. [ #6743 ]

In the past, tags were not correctly updated for remote pool versions ( ). For example, when filtering pool versions by a specific tag, the remote pool version could have been displayed with the tag, while the local version could have been displayed without the tag. This is because the tag information was not correctly being updated for the remote pool version. This behavior has been fixed.

Bug fixThe background sync no longer locks the database for several seconds to resolve pool dependencies. This helps the client perform more efficiently, e.g. when users select a pool version. [ #822 ]
