1.269

Release date: August 25, 2026

ImprovementA new safeguard prevents users from accidentally editing the same live component twice in one client. [ #89 ]

Live mode prevents multiple users from editing the same component simultaneously from different  Model clients. Previously, however, it did not prevent a single user from opening two different edit tabs for the same live component within one client. A safeguard has now been added to prevent this.

ImprovementAI Assistant: LiteLLM authentication is now handled automatically. [ #11764 ]

This improvement builds upon the AI Assistant component, which was added in version 1.266. The AI assistant service now retrieves an access token for the LiteLLM proxy from the Model service and uses the URL and API token in the OpenCode service. It is no longer necessary to provide a custom API key via the environment.

ImprovementChanging the settings in a widget preset no longer affects other tabs. [ #3096 ]

Previously, changes to filter and grouping settings in one tab could unintentionally affect other tabs because changes to the widget preset were applied globally.

  • Presets now function as blueprints and remain read-only by default. When a tab is opened or a preset is selected, it applies the configuration to that specific tab, and from that point on, the tab’s configuration is decoupled from the preset.
  • The tab state is now isolated. Changes to columns, filtering, sorting, etc. only affect the current tab.
  • Updating a preset now requires explicit action. To update a local preset, click   and select Save preset.

ImprovementNew run configurations are now automatically selected after being created. [ #11733 ]

This improvement relates to the process of creating a new run configuration. Previously, after right-clicking and selecting Create run configuration, the new run configuration was created but not automatically selected. To continue editing it, users had to manually expand the run group(s) it was sorted into and then select it. The workflow has been improved. Newly created run configurations are now automatically selected. Note: Duplicated run configurations are also automatically selected after duplication.

Bug fixThe character "/" is no longer permitted in parameter table names. [ #11498 ]

Starting in version 1.215, multi-run configurations began referencing the parameter table through the table path rather than the UUID. This change unintentionally introduced an error: if a table name contained the character /, then the multi-run configuration was not able to resolve it. To fix this error, the character / is no longer permitted in parameter table names.

Bug fixUsers can now open the attachments for a non-active component. [ #11594 ]

Previously, it was not possible to open attachments if they belonged to a component version that was not in the current pool version. That means, if a user selected a component in the grid and then selected a different version of that component in the History view, then the user was not able to open any of the Attachments in the Properties view. This has been fixed.

Bug fixWhen copying and pasting a run configuration, the history is now retained. [ #163 ]

Previously, when copying and pasting a run configuration, the run configuration’s history was lost. The history was reset, restarting at version 1. This behavior has been fixed. The history is now retained when copying and pasting. Note: The history is only retained when copying and pasting within the same pool. The history is not retained when pasting into a different pool.

Bug fixWhen creating a new snippet, the list of possible editors is no longer grayed out. [ #11755 ]

Previously, an error occurred under specific circumstances when right-clicking on the Snippets area within the Properties view and selecting Create snippet with… from the context menu. The list of possible editors appeared, but all of the editors were grayed out and a tool tip read: “The desired action is forbidden outside a pool version.” This behavior has been fixed.
