Empty values in tables now use a different sorting logic. [#6903]

This change relates to all tables. For example, it relates to the test grid in Result and the requirements grid in Project. Empty (null) values are now sorted as follows:

Ascending order: NULL values now appear first.
Descending order: NULL values now appear last.

Bug fix
PROJECT Wrong group counts and timeouts are now resolved in the project requirements grid. [#6952]
