DEPLOYMENT		Adjustable Sentry Performance Tracking for server part of the application. [#8017]

Via the helm values, it is possible to enable the performance tracking of the server part of the application by adjusting the deployment.traceSampleRate value. A value between 0.0 and 1.0 is allowed. The default value is 0.0. which means no performance tracking. Define a value of 1.0 to track 100 % of the transactions which hit the database.
