This is a service release. It removes a feature, which negatively impacted the system performance.

DEPLOYMENT		Add resource definition for phex container to allow horizontal pod autoscaling. [#8158]

Within the application pod the phex container exists. By defining resources for it, the application can be correctly scaled via horizontal pod autoscaling.
