SCALE US at the MDIC Symposium 2025: Computational Modeling & Simulation in Medical Technology
From November 4–6, 2025, SCALE will participate together with its North American distributor eSavant, who is also a sponsor of the event, at the MDIC Symposium on Computational Modeling and Simulation in Hyattsville, Maryland. Together, we will showcase the simulation data management solution SCALE.sdm and demonstrate how it makes virtual product development in medical technology more efficient, transparent, and future-ready.
The MDIC Symposium is recognized as a leading event for innovation and scientific progress in the field of Computational Modeling & Simulation (CM&S). It brings together experts from industry, regulation, and research, offering the perfect platform to discuss and advance the use of CAE and SDM in medical technology.
Attendees will gain insights into modern methods for assessing model credibility, the effective use of computational evidence for regulatory submissions, and best practices from real-world case studies. Dynamic panel discussions and expert-led sessions will provide strategies for generating regulatory-grade data and driving innovation in medical devices.
Why Simulation Data Management Matters in Medical Technology
The medical technology industry is undergoing a paradigm shift: Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) is now leading product development, as the rapid transition from concept to production can save lives – and physical testing is often not feasible. With the growing number of simulations, Simulation Data Management (SDM) has become essential for efficiently organizing complex development processes and making data actionable.
Our Contribution
As an exhibitor and sponsor, we will present SCALE.sdm and invite participants to exchange ideas about the potential of SDM in medical technology. Joining us will be Akbar Farahani, CEO of our partner eSavant and COO of SCALEsdm U.S. Corp., along with Tim Palmer from eSavant, to explore new paths in virtual product development together with leading organizations.
