Your Possible Tasks

• Customer Support and Consulting
  • Configuration, operation, consulting and support of SCALE‘s software products ensuring high-quality and timely customer service resulting in improved customer satisfaction
  • Integration of new methods and processes into our software environment, as well as CAE process automation for customers—preferably through Python based scripting using establishedPython libraries, and in some cases by incorporating AI and machine learning technologies
  • Evaluate customer requirements for new product features, collaborate with internal product
    teams and ensure delivery of quality software solution which meets customer expectations
• Pre-Sales Technical Activities
  • Coordination and handling of customer inquiries, assist with planning and execution of customer projects
  • Assist in planning and execution of all technical activities during the pre-sales such as product presentations, demonstrations, evaluation and proof of concept (PoC) projects, etc.
  • Understand customer’s existing CAE workflows, associated challenges and how to address them using SCALE’s SDM solution
  • Maintenance and support for internal application demo environment of SCALE‘s SDM solution
  • Test new features, build latest examples from various CAE domains to demonstrate product capabilities
• Other Responsibilities
  • Support with planning and coordination for participation in technical conferences and expos, provide application demo, address visitor queries, etc.
  • Author and present technical papers in conferences, symposiums, etc.
  • Conduct introductory product training courses and webinars on usage of SCALE’s SDM solution
  • Support marketing activities to drive customer engagement and awareness about SCALE’s product offering

Job Requirements

You have successfully completed your degree in engineering and have a strong interest in CAE simulation methods development. Experience with Linux and the Python programming language is a must. You distinguish yourself through a high sense of responsibility, the ability to work independently, and strong communication skills. Good command of English would be essential in this role.

• At least 5+ years of professional experience in CAE simulations
• Hands on experience for 3+ years in scripting using Python
• Hands on experience of working with Linux operating system
• Professional experience of working with any of the below CAE applications:
  • Pre/Post Processors: ANSA, Primer, Animator, Meta, Hyperworks Suite, Abaqus CAE
