        New Widget in the Report Designer: Attribute Chart for Even More Flexible Data Visualization

        The SCALE.sdm add-on Report Designer already offers a wide range of powerful widgets that allow experimental data to be displayed clearly and individually. In addition to the existing widgets for line charts, images, tables, text and videos, the Attribute Chart widget now provides another visualization option.

        Bar Charts Based on Test Attributes

        With the new Attribute Chart widget, bar charts based on test attributes can be created. 

        This allows measured values from different tests to be compared directly and visualized clearly — ideal for technical evaluations, quality analyses, or performance presentations.

        Typical Use Cases

        • Display of measured speeds across multiple tests
        • Comparison of calculated attribute values
        • Visualization of mathematically derived metrics

        Versatile Configuration Options

        • Values can be created individually using labels and math.js-based value definitions
        • Attributes can be included directly via their unique keys
        • Mathematical expressions such as sqrt({{attribute}}) or {{attribute_1}} * {{attribute_2}} enable complex calculations
        • Presentation and layout can be customized via configuration options

        This makes the Report Designer even more versatile and enables a precise, visual preparation of test data directly in the report.
