Looking Back: SCALE U.S. at the SIMULIA Americas User Conference 2025
SCALE U.S. participated in this year’s SIMULIA Americas User Conference (SAUC) 2025 in Novi, Michigan as a Silver Sponsor. The three-day event offered an excellent opportunity to showcase our simulation data management solutions to an international audience and to connect with leading OEMs and suppliers from the automotive industry – including GM, Toyota, Hyundai, and Ford.
At the heart of our presence was SCALE.sdm, our solution for enterprise-wide simulation and process data management. Many visitors expressed strong interest in how consistent data structures, reusability, and AI-assisted features can contribute to increased efficiency in product development.
Practice-Oriented Technical Presentation
A highlight of our participation was the presentation by Andreas Lohbrunner on: “Management of Multi-Disciplinary Load Cases in SDM: Model Setup and Evaluation of Results”.

His talk offered practical methods for handling and evaluating complex, multi-disciplinary load cases – a topic that resonated with many attendees and led to engaging follow-up conversations.
In-Depth Exchange at the Booth
Andreas Lohbrunner and our COO Dr. Akbar Farahani were available at the SCALE booth for in-depth discussions. The direct exchange with users and decision-makers provided valuable insights into current industry challenges and once again highlighted the strong demand for robust, integrated SDM solutions.
Conclusion
